I have entered a new replacement part order for the KT4 bezel and an MN21 lamp assembly. For your records the sales order is: 5813106.
These items will ship via United States Postal Service. Please allow 3 to 6 weeks for delivery.
We rarely have issues with replacement parts being sent via USPS, however, we do understand that mistakes are made.
Please let us know when you receive your replacement part items.
