终于要失业了

As a result of these expanded partnerships, approximately 320 IT employees will be offered roles with IBM or Wipro, and approximately 530 employees will receive severance and outplacement services as their responsibilities gradually transfer to our partners. Additionally, 1,515 will transition to new roles within the IT organization. The vast majority of the employees who are impacted by these changes are located in North America and we expect that the transition will be complete by the end of the first quarter of 2013.

我不被解雇谁被解雇？可能是有机会去别的部门，但是除了当前的工作啥也不会，去干嘛呢？还不如果断离去。。。另外去IBM或Wipro还要通过面试的，我相信薪水将是重要因素，否则它们怎么赚取利润呢。
